Wikimedia Spain makes knowledge more free and accessible.

They are the chapter recognized by the Wikimedia Foundation in Spain: a non-profit association that promotes free and Wikimedia projects, Wikipedia being the best known. It was established in 2011 and has been working all these years to improve accessibility, use and participation in the free encyclopedia and its sister projects, both at a social and institutional level.

There are many ways to participate in the community.

We have participated in the WMEs/2022 Conference, sending t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote-bags and mugs.

Since December 2022, FreeWear sell articles from Wikimedia Spain. We donate a part of the sales of Wikimedia Spain. materials from this website to Wikimedia Spain.
